Applicant Requirements: Must be 21 years of age and able to read, speak, write, and understand English.  License issued at age 23.  Letter of accomplishment and certificate of competence issued upon completion of exams for completion prior to age 23. Upon reaching the age of 23 the license will be issued in exchange for the letter of competence.
